- Arrest reports, booking details, and current custody: call the Thomas County Sheriff
- Nebraska RAP sheets: order from the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division
- Incident reports: contact the Thomas County Sheriff or Nebraska State Patrol, based on which agency created the report
- Felony case files: contact the Thomas District Court clerk
- Misdemeanor, traffic, and preliminary felony files: contact the Thomas County Court clerk
- Set-aside filings: file in the same court that imposed the sentence
