1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site that operates independently of all government offices. It does not keep official criminal records, obtain records for visitors, perform official checks, or submit legal filings.

The site identifies official custodians such as the Thomas County Sheriff, Thomas County and District Courts, Nebraska State Patrol, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Public access to government documents is governed in part by the Nebraska Public Records Act, while Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-3523 limits dissemination of specified criminal-history events. Some pages also connect readers to third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of this site is conditioned on the following restrictions. You may not:

• Use the website in violation of federal, Nebraska, or local law
• Harass, threaten, or stalk a person with information found here
